My recent stay at Holiday Inn Louisville Downtown, An IHG Hotel was delightful. the room was small but very comfortable, with a lovely decor and a wonderful shower that made my short stay perfect. the convenience of having a restaurant and bar on-site was superb, and the food was great. the staff, including Miss Wanda and Robert, were friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. Jay at check-out was helpful and fun to talk to, adding a personal touch to my experience. the hotel's proximity to the University of Physicians Center was very convenient for me. I also appreciated the free WiFi and the fitness center, which allowed me to maintain my running routine while traveling. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming stay in Louisville.
